Dr. Stephen has been involved in valuation, investment banking, business management, and international development consulting activities for over 30 years. He holds the degrees of B.Sc. Honours, MBA, Ph.D., and he is alumnus of Manchester Business School Senior International Bankers’ Programme, UK. He is a recipient of the University of Nigeria Best Graduating Student Award (1983), the Special Merit Award of the International Merchant Bank Plc, formerly First National Bank of Chicago (1992), and the Dean’s nominee for Best Doctoral Thesis Award in Management Science at Usmanu Danfodiyo University (2014). His primary research interests are in the area of corporate finance and strategic management. He has contributed to workshops on management development and has published widely in the area. Concurrent with his professional career, he has taught at leading institutions in Nigeria and India including the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), the School of Banking Honours (SBH), Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD) Mysuru, India, and Baze University Nigeria. He is currently a professor at the Department of Business and Accounting, Muscat College, Oman. Dr. Stephen has also co-founded a number of firms in Nigeria. An environmentalist, life coach and youth empowerment enthusiast, he enjoys working with people and organizations to provide and drive value for long-term success.
