He is a fellow of Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode in the area of Information Technology and Systems Management. His thesis is about development and implementation of a new and better method for multi-criteria decision making. Prior to this, he holds a Master’s degree in computer application from Rajiv Gandhi Technological University Bhopal and Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) from Devi Ahilya University Indore. Before joining doctoral program at IIM Kozhikode, he worked as academic associate at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and as a Lecturer at SGSITS Indore. During his doctoral program, he also worked for 16 months as Assistant Professor at T A Pai Management Institute Manipal (an AACSB accredited institution). He (with Krishnadas N. and Supriya N.) won WIPRO earthian award (college category) in the year 2011-12 by proposing the idea of green computer center. He was also selected for and attended prestigious Decision Science Institute’s doctoral consortium in the year 2013.

He is pursuing his Doctoral Degree in the area of management with the thesis proposed in Behavioural corporate finance with special reference to Indian corporates. He has presented his research papers in international conferences and had written research papers in peer reviewed journals in the areas of Behavioural corporate finance and Behavioural Finance. He has also attended training programmes in leading management schools like IIMK and IISc. His special areas of teaching and research are Behavioural Finance, Corporate Taxation and Accounting.

He holds Post Graduation degrees in Business Management and Cooperative Management. He is a Gold Medallist in his PG Degree. With his M.Phil. degree in Management, he is also qualified in NET conducted by UGC and pursuing his Ph.D. He has around 13 years of MBA teaching experience with ICFAI, GIM, KPRSB and SIMS-a stint of 2.5 years functioned as Head of the Department. He specializes in the areas of OB and HRM and published several HR articles and papers in national and international journals. Some of his publications focus on Pink slip management, Education Process Outsourcing (EPO), Reverse mentoring, Non-linear HR, Social Media Recruitment (SMR), HR Analytics and Gen-Y HR. He was the editor of International Journals; also authored a book entitled Performance Measurement and Reward Systems and prepared cases for ICFAI University. Besides, he presented papers in the national and international conferences and attended a workshop at IIM Culcutta; as a resource person, he handled sessions in EDPs, MDPs and involved in consulting assignments in the HR areas with a few companies. Till date, conducted training sessions to over 1500 medical, IT professionals and government officials focussing on Personality Development, Leadership, Team Building, Stress Management, Emotional Intelligence etc. He has also designed and delivered FDPs emphasising teaching methodology and Human Resource Management. He also acted as panel member, quiz master and judge for various management competitions.

Rajendra Todalbagi is a Gold Medalist in Engineering from Karnatak University, Dharwad and has completed his Executive General Management Program (EGMP) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore. He has over twenty-five years of industry experience with managerial & leadership roles and has served reputed organizations like Bharat Electronics, DCM-Toyota, Wipro Infotech and Sony India. He played a key role in setting up and establishing Sony India Software Center and Digital Juice Animations from ground up and led for growth as Division Head and President & COO. 
 
He has moved in to academia and business consulting since last two years and taught at Symbiosis, Kirloskar Business School and St. Josephs’ business school as visiting faculty.

R. Sugant has handled diverse responsibilities during a career spanning over 25 years. Starting his career in sales, he subsequently moved to Logistics and Commercial in Wipro where he spent over 7 years. Over the past 18 years, Mr. Sugant has been in education management and leadership role including that of a franchisee for a leading IT training institute. During his chequered career, he had also spent 4 years in academics –as a Head of the MBA program of a leading educational group in Bangalore.
 
Prior to joining SDMIMD, he was with HCL Infosystems Ltd. for over 7 years in varied roles, the last  being that of National Business Head at HCL Learning, a division of HCL Infosystems Ltd. 
 
His expertise areas include B2B marketing and marketing of services on which he brings in considerable industry experience.
