Call for Papers

To survive, sustain and maintain competitive advantages in today’s volatile business environment, human resources must be utilized as the most crucial resource for any organization. Managing human resource, therefore, aims to encompass activities such as, recruitment, development, compensation and retention of talent. Therefore, organizations are not only required to address functional, systemic, and process related HR issues, they also have to create live workplaces, where people would be ready to perform and give their best.

Keeping the above in mind, SDMIMD organizes an international conference every year, which would seek to address the various issues in managing employees in terms of challenges of identifying, developing and nurturing the human capital in an organization. Research papers, case studies and articles are invited from various inter-disciplinary areas and sectors for the purpose of the above conference. Publication:

Selected papers will be published in the conference proceeding CD with ISBN code. Selected papers accepted for presentation in the conference will also be considered, through further blind reviewing process, for publication in the refereed journal of the Institute. At least one author needs to register for the conference to get considered for publication of the abstract/paper.
