February 1, 2026: SDMIMD, Mysuru is not just a hub of academic excellence—it is a vibrant arena where ideas come alive through action. Beyond classrooms and case studies, the Institute offers students abundant opportunities to translate learning into meaningful experiences. The creative, student-driven events regularly hosted on campus stand as powerful testimony to this dynamic culture.
Harfest–2026 was one such spectacular celebration—conceptualized, created, and flawlessly executed by the proud students of SDMIMD. More than a cultural fest, it was a radiant tribute to India’s harvest festivals—Makara Sankranthi, Pongal, Lohri, Magh Bihu, Uttarayan, and many more—bringing together traditions from across the nation onto one lively stage.
The campus came alive with vibrant cultural showcases, energetic dance and music performances, and spirited sporting events. With students representing the rich and diverse tapestry of India, Harfest–2026 beautifully embodied and reinforced the timeless spirit of “Unity in Diversity,” transforming celebration into a shared cultural experience.
