Workshop Overview
In today's fast-evolving digital landscape, Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming the way businesses approach marketing. This One Day workshop will explore the digital marketing tools and strategies, as well as offer insights into how AI-driven tools and techniques are reshaping customer experiences, campaign optimization, and data analysis.
 
The full-day workshop will be divided into two focused sessions, each covering crucial aspects of modern marketing - 
The first half will focus on Digital Marketing, where we will explore how businesses can harness the power of online platforms to reach, engage, and convert customers. From SEO and content marketing to social media strategies and data analytics, this session will provide a holistic view of the digital landscape and actionable insights for marketers.
The second half will shift focus to AI in Marketing, where participants will explore AI’s transformative role in automating processes, enhancing customer segmentation, and optimizing marketing strategies. Through practical examples and case studies, participants will learn how AI-driven tools can improve efficiency, predict customer behavior, and provide actionable insights to boost marketing effectiveness.

Brief Profile of the Resource Persons:

Dr. Keerthan Raj is an Associate Professor in Marketing at SDMIMD and is an accomplished educationist and administrator with 23 years’ split as a twofold experience - in leading major multinational banks and academia, having handled leadership roles as Dean for Academics, Research and Administration. She is an alumnus of IIM Indore, also having completed an Executive Programme in Digital Marketing from IIM Indore.
Dr. S. Saibaba, with over 23 years of industry and academic experience, specializes in AI-driven marketing, marketing analytics (R & Python), and marketing metrics. He is an experienced educator and trainer, focusing on data-driven decision-making, innovation, and design thinking. Proficient in tools like Excel, SPSS, and Tableau, Dr. Saibaba has contributed extensively to teaching, research, and professional development in marketing.

Registration Fees - INR 2000 per participant:
The registration fees include a kit, working lunch and tea.
