A webinar on the theme of Dynamic Leadership was organized for the PGDM 2021-2023 Batch on June 28, 2021. The webinar was held in an interactive mode where students were encouraged to share their views on various important aspects of leadership. The Resource person for the interactive session Dr Nilanjan Sengupta, Professor - OB/HR, SDMIMD, focused the session on - issues related to characteristics of dynamic leaders; various leadership styles in the context of business and social leadership; Indian leadership styles followed in Indian organizations; and, leadership failures and the crisis of leadership. |
