SDMIMD was delighted to host Mr. Kalpesh V. Mehta, CEO of Star Knowledge, and alumnus of the institute, for an insightful Industry Intervention session as part of the Business Information Systems (BIS) course for the PGDM 2024–26 Batch on November 19, 2024.
Mr. Mehta shared practical knowledge on managing software development projects, focusing on the Software Development Life Cycle, choosing the right methodologies, building cohesive teams, and overcoming challenges such as scope creep, communication gaps, and resource constraints.
His session emphasized the value of strategic leadership in addressing real-world challenges, inspiring students to approach technology management with confidence and purpose.
