Companies will be required to send a detailed job description with the details of compensation and job location. The same is circulated to the students by the Placement Committee, basis which the interested students apply for the position(s). The companies make a preplacement presentation (PPT) to provide an opportunity to the students to further seek clarity on the profile of the company, position and compensation offered and other relevant information.
Final Job Offer
The institute follows a policy of “one student-one offer” policy. If a student gets offer from one company, then the student is not allowed to appear for further placement process. This will help the companies to plan effectively for their manpower requirement. A job offer is considered to be valid only if the Placement Office is in receipt of the written/ email communication of the same. Early confirmation of offer(s) is appreciated since delay in confirmation may result in the candidate(s) being placed in any other company.
